    Cleary Grace was a pleasure to work with! Within a day of requesting a quote online, we had an in house visit to discuss the work to be done painting our main and second floor ceilings, and our stairwell walls. Everything was explained in detail and their price was significantly less than three other quotes we received. Beyond their reasonable pricing, we chose Cleary Grace because we saw from their website it is an established small/family business with an excellent track record and a satisfaction guarantee. They did not disappoint us! We accepted their offer on a Wednesday evening, had the paint job booked for the following Tuesday, and within one week had some expertly painted ceilings and walls. Our painter arrived on time, set up his tarps and ladder, and got to work right away. He worked quickly and did an excellent job on our ceilings and walls, even painting around fixtures, a stairway railing, and a wall mirror without taping them. Our house was kept clean and organized as he worked, moving from floor to floor, and when the job was complete, all garbage disposed of. Beyond their quality painting, I highly recommend Cleary Grace because of their reliability, professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction through transparent and ongoing communication.

    The whole experience with University Painters was excellent. Right from the assessment of the job, to the arrival and introduction of the painters through to the finished result. The price was excellent. The painters were friendly, on time and very helpful during the 6 days they spent with us. Things were left neat and tidy when they finished. I would recommend their services to anyone.

    Excellent work! My bedrooms were painted beautifully with a very complicated color. The contractor had warned me about this color, however I went with it anyway and it turned out stunning. The person who painted my room did a spectacular job. Everyone who I dealt with was very professional, the price was a bit on the expensive side for 3 bedrooms, but less than other quotes I received. Definitely saved a big headache for my husband and I! I highly recommend. 3 bedrooms done in 3 days!!!

    I am writing this review to say how very pleased we are with both University Painters and REMOVEDin particular. REMOVEDdid an exceptional job working many hours in extreme heat and paid special attention to details on a house built in 1955 that required a little TLC.     Excellent service and workmanship. They were quick to reply with a quote, answered questions we had and showed up when they said they would, which is very rare these days when dealing with the renovation industry. We had a upper hallway and skylight area painted. The work was done on time with clean and efficient service. Would highly recommend University Painters.

    University Painters did our two bedroom condo apartment. They were quick to come in and give a quote and came one week later to paint.After getting two other quotes, University Painters gave us a much better price for the same job. The painter who came was very professional and good natured. We trusted him completely while leaving our home to do errands.He always kept his work area clean while here and never left a mess when he left for he day.We are so happy with their work and recommend them to everyone.
