              The company charges an advertised 'lowest price available', but has a hidden high fee to email completion certificate after signing up for the course. I emailed but did not receive a reply about refunding the money so that I could choose a differnt course. Very unethical trick to charge $40 to email the certificate, and have it shown only after signing up and paying the separate $28 class fee.

              Horrible!! Continued to charge debit card $9.95 a month after calling in it took 20+ mins to have a terrible customer service call about canceling. Representative told me to monitor my children and I will get no refund! WOW! 0 Stars!! Look elsewhere!!
