    In over 30 years living in REMOVED, this was our best experience with a contractor. The REMOVEDteam did a great job on our patio project. It transformed our indoor/outdoor living space. You are dealing with the family that is taking care of your project from A to Z. No subcontractors, no employees. The project is personal for them, as it is for you as the client. Their work is excellent. They are skilled, diligent, and go out of their way to make sure the project is exactly what you imagined it to be. I cannot recommend them highly enough.J.     WOW! That's it. That's my feedback.
    Details - where do I start? Advertised as a platinum provider, they lived up to that and more. I had an amazing experience in every aspect dealing with them.
    Very professional - even their estimate was so detailed and covered everything I could think of and didn't think of. Their pricing was very reasonable for the excellent quality of work and end product.
    Great communication - they provided clear and precise status updates at every phase of the project. One day they texted they will arrive at 9.30 AM and quickly sent another update that they were delayed by 10 minutes and their new ETA was 9.40 AM. Never seen projects executed with such precision before.
    Exceptional workers - the people who worked on our deck were fantastic. Not sure if I was just lucky or everyone working there are as knowledgeable and talented. But the two were so meticulous with attention to detail that they impressed me who is an OCD nitpicker. Every corner on the cap rail was angled so perfect and symmetric. Then one day I noticed they had made a small deck piece to cover a tiny area hidden by a post that is easy to miss that it took me several days to notice it.
    Impressive quality of work - They even prepared notches all along the cross joists for rain water drainage. I thought of this much later and asked them about it and they showed me how they had already taken care of it.
    My only regret is I wish I had known these guys earlier when I got my pergola built.

    Solid company and an amazing group of people that work there. Definitely recommend for your outdoor projects. Initial project phase was handled very professionally with clear concise communications with mockups. They were onsite to break ground on the day promised which these days is often a rarity. Cleaned up after themselves and really respected your property. I am sure they have handled projects much bigger than mine, but the care and concern was evident in the quality of work they performed for my outdoor kitchen shade structure. Fit and finish was amazing!All the guys were super kind throughout the entire build and just a pleasure to work with. Will definitely hit them up again for my next project!

The 22x22 patio cover they constructed for me is of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. I will have them coming back again.

    This is the second time weve worked with the team at REMOVED, and they continue to be the most professional, thoughtful, and efficient contractors weve ever hired.Back in February 2021, they built a cedar pergola and Trex patio at our old housein just seven days. It was so fun to watch their process that I was honestly disappointed when the project wrapped up!Fast forward to April 2025: we brought them back to build a cedar storage shed attached to our house and install a new concrete pathway in the front yard. Even after I changed the design and scope mid-project, they still delivered everything flawlessly in just five days. Once again, it felt like they had just gotten started, and suddenly, it was donebeautifully.Wyatt, Sterling, and REMOVEDare true craftsmen and genuinely rare finds. Theyre REMOVED, collaborative, and clearly take pride in their work. I recommend them without hesitation and am already brainstorming more projects just so I can hire them again.

    I made the decision to install Trex at my new home and researched installers. Reformed Outdoor Structures was listed on the REMOVEDwebsite as a certified installer along with other contractors. After speaking with multiple contractors I made the decision to work with Reformed Outdoors. REMOVEDwas extremely responsive, knowledgeable and reliable. He sent a detailed quote outlining the various product options, gave me a timeframe for install and adhered to the schedule.     The team at Reformed Outdoor Structures were professional in every way. The Trex deck they installed in September, from demo to the final installation clean-up was a 10 plus! The installation crew were excellent communicators, highly skilled craftsmen. The substructure, Trek deck and railing are the highest quality I've had in 9 homes over the last REMOVEDdetail. I can highly recommend the team at Reformed Outdoor Structures and plan to use them again for all outdoor projects! REMOVED
