Specifically, the company’s use of the claims “Your Satisfaction Is Guaranteed” were unsubstantiated and do not meet Code of Advertisement Guidelines.
According to the guidelines: “When using "guarantee" in product advertising, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement of the specifics of the guarantee terms on the advertiser's website. On November 1, 2024, BBB requested written clarification from the company regarding this advertisement challenge. To date OBX Clean Team has failed to respond to the BBB regarding these ad challenges.
