              On Feb 29th my tickpick account was used to purchase a concert ticket set for 2 days later. My credit card notified me suspicious card activity and I told them it was fraud. At that same time I also called and closed the credit card account. I sent an online request to tickpick that the tickets were fraud and it was forwarded to their risk management. I also closed my tickpick account as I hadn't used it in several years. According to tickpick the tickets were used, they cant say their were fraudulent and my credit card is holding me accountable for the charge. I have had several back and forth exchanges with tickpick but they cant seem to provide much info or help to support a fraud use of the account. If they are going to store credit card and personal information they need a way to make sure it is secure. I need proof provided to my credit card that it was a fraud charge. Multiple charges were attempted within a few minutes which should be suspicious.

              DO NOT USE THEM! They claim to have the lowest prices, but they are HIGHER than Ticketmaster! They would not price match or accept refunds.
