Engagement ring was sent in to Worthy.com at the end of February 2024. Ring was then submitted for auction, and was confirmed as sold. The price after taxes and the cut for Worthy.com was agreed upon for just over $2,000. Worthy.com representative, *************************** emailed on March 7th confirming the price. It was then formally agreed upon. Since that day, we have called Worthy.com, specifically, ***************************, with absolutely no response back. The last contact attempt made to Worthy.com was on Monday, March 18, 2024 at approximately 10:00am HST. A message was left for *************************** to call back regarding the status of the pay out of the ring, with again, no response back from Worthy.com. The many attempts that have been made, with zero answers from the company almost definitely feels like a scam. Worthy.com has the ring, and seems to not be willing to contact me back regarding the pay out that we agreed upon back on March 7, 2024. They have not obliged by their contract and is now leaving me, as the client out to dry. All we want is for Worthy.com to call me back, and settle this so we can move on. We will continue to make contact with Worthy.com every day, until we get this resolved. We would like to avoid moving into legal action as much as possible, but if Worthy.com refuses to either provide the exact ring back, or the amount of money agreed upon, legal action will need to be taken, to ensure that they are held responsible for their non action in this matter. I hope that by filing this complaint with the BBB, that we will eventually receive what we have been told by and agreed upon with Worthy.com.
