Refund and Exchange Policy

Dream Language Academy offers full refunds (minus a non-refundable registration fee) for written cancellations made at least 7 days before the course starts. Cancellations within 7 days may qualify for a partial refund at the academy’s discretion. No refunds are given once a course begins. However, students may transfer to a future session or apply credit to another course within 60 days, pending approval and availability. All requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
