·        Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery to avoid a cancellation fee. A $25 fee will apply if cancellation occurs before 3 p.m. on the business day prior to delivery. Cancellations made after 3 p.m. on the business day prior to delivery, or on the day of delivery, will incur a $150 fee.
