Cancellation of warranty contract number ********* * This contract term is for 42 months from 01/08/2024 to 07/08/2027 and has been prepaid in full at $ 1530. After choice home warranty denied my 1st claim under this contract terms for whatever reasons/justifications and after reading all the complaints on BBB, I decided to cancel the contract to avoid more frustrations/denials. I have tried many times to call their provided numbers and each time they put you on their answering system for their call back and each time when you mentioned about policy cancellation, there you go again on their answering system. This has gone on for almost 2 weeks without any resolution yet. I am requesting BBB.org to step in so that I get my refund for unused portion of the warranty according to their contract terms as follows: Up to 05/08/2024, 4 months usage equivalent to $ 146 Cancellation administration fees of $ 50 Refund expected: $ 1530-146-50 ==> $ 1334 Recall that CHW has not disbursed any penny related to this contract. Just wondering how this company can operate with impunity, thousands of consumers CANNOT BE WRONG !
