      Choice Home warranty is not interested in trying to help you to get someone to come out and fix the problem. I called 24 hours ago because my air conditioning went out. 15 hours later no one had picked up the job. Finally we heard some one would be out between 5-9:00 pm Then at 6;00 we get a message saying they dont work weekends. Granted its 100 degrees outside. So instead of them trying to put the job out there again, nope! They do not care. I DO not recommend using this company. They dont care about getting you anything to help you. They just want your money. And they are not worth the money. They are a piece of c*** company.

      Choice House warranty. I have been without hot water for almost 2 weeks. They have had two technicians out here and they both have said that the water tank needs to be replaced. But a warranty company refuses to replace it. For some reason they think that magic is going to fix the water heater. When the water heater is no longer being manufactured and parts are no longer available for the water heater. But they still can refuse to replace the water heater. And I am a person that has health problems and needs my heart water immediately. But they refuse to do so. They just keep on playing tip for tat.

      Ive been waiting a month for them to send someone out to check my hot water tank. Both contractors that they had sent never showed up . Called them and they both say they no longer work for choice.. They are a bad company to work for and are awful to there customers.

      Choice Home Warranty chooses non local, non qualified vendors for their warranty work. They are hard to deal with when there is a problem. Repairs take a long time even when situation is critical such as broken furnace in dead of winter. Will not recommend this company to others.

      Horrific. Dont purchase this! Complete scam. It is without question the worst home warranty we have used. Takes months for an appointment, repairs may take several more months, and if they cant fix it they send you a Lowes Giftcard that is a fraction of the value needed for replacement. 0 stars.

      THIS PLACE ***** AND THEY DO NOT VALUE YOU AS CUSTOMERS! FORGET ABOUT TRYING TO GET A LIVE PERSON. THEY USE THE WORST AUTOMATED SYSTEM AND WILL ONLY CALL YOU BACK AND WHEN THEY DO CALL YOU BACK, THEY WILL JUST PASS THE **** AND NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS EVERY MONTH! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS WARRANTY COMPANY!!!!!

      I filed a claim on 7/5. On 7/8 a ******* came and gave an estimate. Very reasonable. Choice wanted a second opinion. The scheduled an appointment with new ******** New ******* has not shown up to 3 appointments. I want to use the first ******** Choice warranty keeps deleting my messages on their portal. Getting nowhere. No contact from company. I call and get hung up on . I want to use the first ******* to get my shower fixed. ******* ***** Bechtelsville Pa

      They got me for one year of service $778. Supposed to be the top plan with. Extras. Had this plan for 5 months. A $160 attic fan went out. They charged me an $85 service fee, and then told me they only allow $70 for an attic fan. You haven't been able to buy an attic fan for that for 20 years!!! Lastly upon cancelling they are only give me the "prorated" $200 back! Please do not use this company. It isn't even worth a single star!!!

      Do not use choice home warranty! They do everything not to pay a claim. They are a sham company and the ceo is also a sham.

      AC boke down a few days after the waiting period. They refuse to cover it saying that it was a pre existing condition which is based on nothing. They just try to find anything they can to deny a claim.
