              Hi BBB staff, I ordered a set of fragances that totaled $60 in August of 2022. I have correspondence dating back last year where I reached out to this company over 10 different instances and it was basically a cat and mouse chase where the only thing that achieved was me wasting time. I have continued emailing them and have had no success. I just want a refund for this order as I no longer want it due to its tardiness.               They sold me a fake I looked at the ****** site and matched the picture and they did not match I looked on you tube how to tell the real from fake and they definitely are sending me a fake they also said 3-5 days till i get my package its been 7 days now and still nothing these people are scammers i already contacted my bank to get my money back hope this helps others from getting scammed
