      The REMOVEDEye Institute are great. Very prompt with the appointments. In the surgery room they are all very caring and make you feel comfortable. I think this has been the best experience. They are also very good about explaining everything to you.

      I recently had exams and cataract surgery at Omaha Eye and Laser. I was extremely pleased with the care that I received and my outcome after surgery. All of the staff was so helpful and friendly and the doctors are fantastic. Thank you Omaha Eye and Laser.

      I have been seeing Omaha Eye and Laser for about 5 years. First for a coronary vein occlusion and glaucoma prevention then for cataract surgery. All of their staff I have encountered over the years have been professional, highly responsive to addressing my questions and concerns all while being very cordial. I have had nothing other than positive experiences and kind, compassionate care.

      First their service and surgery doctor was great. the bad part for some reason one of the anesthesia during the second eye surgery was not covered by my insurance! Why? the first one was??? Added $700 to my bill. Next, the eye doctor checkups after surgery were not covered! They scheduled them with my regular eye doctor instead of doing them in house. When asked i was told covered. NOT!!! Added $1050 to my bill. I am on a budget and saved to have cataracts surgery. These should have been covered. REMOVED!

      Were sorry to hear about your frustration regarding the billing concerns you experienced. While the post-operative care and anesthesia services referenced in your review are billed independently by outside organizations and are not charges from our office, our team was happy to reach out to both organizations on your behalf to help clarify and resolve the concerns.Through our follow-up, we confirmed that the post-operative office has written off the balance in question and is no longer pursuing payment. We also confirmed that the anesthesia billing office has spoken with you regarding their charges and has attempted additional contact to assist you. They advised that further clarification is needed directly from your insurance company regarding how the claim was processed.Although we do not control the billing practices or insurance processing for these independent organizations, we remain committed to helping our patients navigate concerns whenever we can. If there are any remaining issues related to your care that our team can assist with, we encourage you to contact our office directly.
