  REMOVEDand his crew dealer excellent job for me on my home and I have steel siding. They did a great job from start to finish. His communication is excellent on letting you know when materials will be showing up and when he will be starting the job in his great and keeping you informed on what is going on on the job, I think anybody that uses him will be extremely happy. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends….

  REMOVEDand his crew did a whole house reside job for me and upon removing the old siding the found layers of old siding. REMOVEDgave me his professional opinion on my options. REMOVEDand his crew did an amazing job with taking care of me and always communicated what to expect in the following days. I highly recommend REMOVEDand his crew they clean up every day before leaving, they communicate with their customer and REMOVEDisn’t afraid to put on a tool belt and work besides his guys

  Great communication on all aspects of the project— from initial contact to explaining materials and procedures to keeping us informed on schedule to being on site for the actual work and with photos before, during, and after. Excellent cleanup at completion of project.

  The Setter Construction team did the siding, roof, gutters, and soffits on the second story addition on our Dundee home, which was built in 1910. Our primary concern with the exterior of the addition was that it maintain the integrity of the home and looks like it was original to the home, and they mastered this perfectly. The siding is a perfect match to the original cedar siding and the roof lines appear seamless. The crew was efficient and respectful of our time and property.

  I noticed on a rainy day that there was water on the floor of our den. Not something you want to see as a homeowner! We contacted Setter Construction and REMOVEDcame out to assess our skylight on our roof. He was able to fix our skylight and seal it which was such a relief! REMOVEDwas professional and punctual. As a homeowner, the last thing you want is issues to fix but REMOVEDmade this process seamless! Will definitely be utilizing Setter Construction in the future.
