    "When signing up for an auction I was directed by the site to PROXIBID and forced to sign through them so I signed up and was massaged that I was good to go, On the day of the event I could not bid, I contacted PROXIBID and they refused to help all they would do is tell me it was my fault because I did not contact the auction company.
