      "Avoid at all costs, their ordering site is confusing, follow-on orders have no lead time to shift to new meals (you're emailed after they've already sent them), they charge before sending or receiving food and if you have ANY issues (wrong food received, bad packaging, attempt to cancel only to have it be temporary paused), you will not receive a refund or even an apology.Back in December, I went onto their website to CANCEL my service because I was moving and didn't need to meal service anymore." ...
