About This Business

Nurturing Nannies is a Minneapolis-based nanny agency providing professional, loving, and reliable in-home care for families across Minnesota. Founded by a career nanny, our agency understands the needs of both families and caregivers. We offer full-time and part-time placements, backup sitter care, wedding and event childcare, and more — all under an employer-based model (the agency is the legal employer, not the family)  that ensures legal compliance, safety, and peace of mind.

We carefully vet each nanny through reference checks, background screenings, and interviews before employment. All of our caregivers are CPR/First Aid certified and employed directly by us, making the process seamless and secure for families. Whether you need consistent care or last-minute coverage, we’re committed to creating strong, lasting matches that support busy families and empower professional nannies.
