              12/17/23 I purchased a ******* Galaxy ChromeBook Computer for $219.99 and a Printer for $59.00. The computer malfunctioned and the printer did not function, so I returned both the computer and Printer 12/19/23 and purchased an **** Notebook Computer for $229.99 and a Canon Pixma MG for $59.00. The **** Notebook also malfunctioned and it was returned 3/16/24. Best Buy agreed to repair the **** Computer using the manufactures warranty. The computer Operating System was restored, and I picked the computer up on 3/22/24. However, the computer malfunctioned that same day, and I had to Reset the Key myself on 3/22/24 at 6:30pm. Also, I have had a total of (11) Windows Updates to install. The **** Computer successfully connected to the Canon Printer for (3) weeks, then on 4/19/24 the Printer Driver suddenly disappeared and the printer wont work, nor can I download the Print Driver. Further, I cannot download another Browser. ********* Windows is the only Browser I can use. I want my money returned for the Computer $229.99 and the Printer $59.00 plus tax on both items. Best Buy is selling damaged products during their Christmas Holiday Sale. The last day to return these items was 1/13/24. Additionally, I cannot Upload doc's to you my printer doesn't work.

              I am having MAJOR issues with delivery/install with Best Buy. I have made AND confirmed 3 appointments for April 17th, April 24th and April 27th. I made the April 27th FOUR times yesterday, including once with a live agent. All were confirmed via email and text. Within an hour of each confirmation, I receive a text telling me that I need to schedule my appointment. I have missed TWO days of work (because delivery window is 7am-7pm). Last night, I received another text telling me that I need to schedule my appointment. I go on and now MAY 1st is the only availability. I have spoken with live agents and now a SUPERVISOR. "I understand your frustration Ms Carpenter but there is nothing we can do. Our system only allows us to schedule what is available". Well, ALL of these days WERE available and now they are asking me to miss ANOTHER day of work. UPDATE: I have now had to schedule May 1st FOUR times today. Two of which was with a live agent/call center. This is absolutely unacceptable.
