Introduction
The Torch Awards for Ethics honors organizations whose leaders demonstrate a high level of personal character and ensure that the organization’s practices meet the highest standards of ethics, and consequently generate trust. These organizations generate a high level of trust among their employees, customers and their communities. The award embodies the Better Business Bureau® mission of advancing marketplace trust.
Award Categories
The Torch Awards for Ethics is open to for-profit organizations of all sizes physically located within sponsoring BBB service areas. Organizations need not be BBB Accredited.
Organizations entering the Torch Award for Ethics competition will be judged in one of following categories based on the number of employees:
- Companies with over 500 employees
- Companies with 100 - 499 employees
- Companies with 11 - 99 employees
- Companies with 1 - 10 employees

- 2023 Torch Awards for Ethics Ceremony: June 16, 2023
