With personal safety, food safety and operational excellence at the forefront of all Foodbank operations, Kate also supports her teammates’ professional development by leading Lean Six Sigma and Insights Discovery trainings to all Foodbank staff. Her leadership style focuses on continuous improvement, team building and employee empowerment.

A certified professional coach, adjunct professor at the University of Dayton and founder of Ambition ReFRAMED, she brings 15+ years of experience building and leading diverse, cross-sector teams across entrepreneurship, economic development and community impact. LeKeisha is deeply invested in creating the conditions where every voice at the table is heard — and equipped to lead.

In this role, she oversees funding initiatives for the CareSource Foundation and leads community relations as well as development efforts across Ohio and emerging markets. Prior to joining CareSource, Ellen served as Sales Manager - Dayton Region at Altafiber.

Ellen holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Dayton. She currently serves on the Archbishop Alter High School Board as well as the Dayton Boys & Girls Club and Wright State University Boards. Ellen lives in Centerville, Ohio with her husband, Adam, with who she shares three children. Lauren lives in Dayton and graduated from The Ohio State University, Sammy attends Wright State University, and Molly is a senior at Archbishop Alter High School.

Kristen began her career as a high school math teacher and has since led work across Ohio and the Midwest to support innovation, equity and meaningful learning. Earlier in her career, she made history as one of fewer than ten African-American women in the United States to own and operate a successful radio broadcasting company. Dr. Kellie Schneider is a scholar and educator with a background in Industrial Engineering. She serves as the Chief Knowledge Officer at The Foodbank Inc., where she and a team of other magical unicorns work to eliminate hunger and its root causes. Kellie supports the critical infrastructure of The Foodbank, including compliance and reporting, warehouse operations, professional development, strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
