Established in 1939, BBB Serving BC & Yukon is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing marketplace trust. Through Accreditation, consumer education, dispute resolution, business accountability programs, and public reporting, BBB helps consumers make informed decisions while supporting businesses committed to ethical practices. Today, BBB serves more than 4,000 Accredited Businesses across British Columbia and Yukon and supports more than 2 million consumer interactions annually through Business Profiles, Customer Reviews, Scam Tracker, complaints, inquiries, and educational resources. By helping consumers identify trustworthy businesses and supporting organizations that uphold high standards of integrity, BBB continues to strengthen trust and confidence in the marketplace.
