I called very last minute for a local move and storage of an oversized item (dining table and 8 chairs) that I wasn't going to be able to relocate to a 3rd floor apartment. I was accommodated IMMEDIATELY which, to be honest, was not an expectation on my end, but a wonderful gift of REMOVEDThank you to the whole team for phenomenal customer services and great experiences from start (REMOVED) to finish (REMOVED, REMOVED, REMOVEDand REMOVED). For my current move, both my wife and I had medical issues come up during moving prep - we lost many days & were seriously behind on packing. 5 starsFrom start to finish, our REMOVEDprocess with Hansen Bros has been amazing. Our sales person, REMOVED, came out to our house to put together a detailed moving and storage estimate (which no other company did!) and was transparent, friendly and provided helpful tips throughout the process. Once the move was scheduled, the operations manager, REMOVED, kept me up to date on all the logistics which was critical with all the moving pieces. On the day of the move, the crew REMOVEDand REMOVED) were courteous, professional, hard-working and communicative. Our items are in their storage facility for the next 6-12 months, and we look forward to (and feel confident in) having Hansen Bros. move our items back into our remodeled home.Hansen Bros. 1 starWe chose Hansen Bros for our storage & move because of all the good reviews and despite higher cost. We expected a flawless experience, but ours was a disaster filled with a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety, and only barely made it on time.If the move experience was not bad enough, customer service is rock bottom. When we contacted the company afterwards to give them a chance to make up, the branch manager wasted our time, gaslighted, questioned whether a 1/5 rating of our experience aligns with reality, and accused us of threatening to damage the companys reputation as if it is our truthful words and not their actions that do that. Incredibly unprofessional to say the REMOVED: move itself. When we had called the company for a quote, we were told that our account manager is on vacation and that waiting a week wont make a difference. The move coordinator was utterly incompetent she sent emails to an obviously non-existent address, and she was never proactive updating us. We had to check in with her often to see what the status was not something you want to do with a lot on your plate already. She kept mixing up important details throughout, which only added to the anxiety. Our things were loaded 10 days late onto the truck, and we learned that entirely accidentally; the company never informed us of this delay. Supposed to come 8/12-8/25. On 8/14 the coordinator joyfully told us our stuff is coming on 8/29 without even realizing thats late, and it took a lot of back and forth to get the company to deliver on 8/25 which is technically within the promised range but it was incredibly inconvenient due to it being the first day of a nursing program. Had to ask sister who was visiting the REMOVEDspeak much English to accept the delivery; and then deal with unpacking everything during the intensive school schedule.Overall bad experience. Would not recommend unless you want to overpay for incompetence, bad service, and extra stress.Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage

Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage delivered moving and storage services for this customer in full accordance with all contractual obligations. Services were provided at the originally estimated cost, delivery of the customers' belongings to their final destination occurred within the contracted date spread of 8/12/2025 8/25/2025, and there were no damaged or missing items identified except for one lampshade for which a loss claim has already been filed for resolution. There were indeed two clerical errors made during the move process, but both were expeditiously resolved without any process interruption or impact to service delivery. It was explained multiple times to the customer that his belongings were being loaded for cross-country transportation directly from our warehouse; thus, the stated load date was simply a placeholder as the overarching contractual obligation was to deliver the shipment within the contracted date spread, which it was. The customer intimated that unless financial remuneration was provided (his review references this as chance to make up), he would post a reputation-damaging review as he has now done. Although there was zero basis for financial remuneration, given that all contractual obligations were fulfilled by Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage, we did offer to send the customer a dinner gift certificate to both demonstrate our goodwill and apologize for the stress he claimed the move process caused for him and his family.G. The business is keen to dismiss the experience as mere clerical errors. What they call clerical errors caused continued enormous stress and resulted in dozens of phone calls amid an already stressful cross-country move process; and despite all that we would not have gotten our things on time if we had not intervened once again. The way this business handles customer experience alone by minimizing and gaslighting and centering it around themselves is a good reason to stay away. Their prices may be premium, but the service you get is below mediocre. The comment from the business also contains a lie. Throughout the process, both the account manager and the move coordinator referenced loading date as significant and at no point was it stated that the loading date is a mere placeholder. In fact, the branch manager himself in the most recent email he had sent, stated that loading was performed as scheduled. When I replied to him to point out that thats not true, I never got a response until this public reply where he makes up a new lie.Review fromLauren S

5 starsNowadays when you sign up for a service or make a reservation you get bombarded with texts and emails from the company. I can't emphasize how refreshing it was to have no extra or unnecessary communication from your team. Every time you reached out there was a purpose related to our move. This absolutely makes the moving experience less stressful so I would recommend you to others for sure! Please never change that about your business model/marketing!Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage
