We have a 100% money back return policy* on most items within 30 days of receipt of your order.
*Items over $200 may be subject up to a 10% restocking fee.  
Please call or email for a Return Authorization. Returns received without an RA cannot be traced and you will not receive a refund. Your RA will include a return address and instructions.
NOTE: Unless otherwise specified, all urns are for indoor use only. Urns affected by weather or buried cannot be returned.
If your item arrived damaged, we will take care of it. But you must notify us within two business days of receipt so we can file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf and arrange a replacement.
We highly recommend you ship via UPS or FedEx and insure items over $100. Items returned to us that arrive damaged will not receive a refund. Please contact the shipping company for a claim.
Items that cannot be returned for a refund:
Customized Items.
Personalized Items.
Urns or jewelry that has been filled.
Items kept outdoors.
Solid Gold Jewelry.
Items that have been damaged or tampered with by the customer.
International Orders.
Expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless a shipping error occurs on our behalf.
Orders over 30 days cannot be returned.
Memorial Urns reserves the right to charge shipping for exchanged items.

    "Purchased an urn for 191 dollars for my dog that just pass and I paid extra over 20 dollars to have it engraved and the company sent it to me without the engraving and when I try to call the company they won't answer there phone and are just hoping to get by with ripping people off while cheap products I could have made"
