Refund and Exchange Policy

Due to the large amount of equipment used in building a greenhouse, the amount of labor, and the high shipping costs we are not able to provide a refund once production has been started. We work hard to make every order right in the event anything goes wrong or components are missing. We rely on our repeat business and good reputation for our success.

For indoor grow orders, Fullbloom Hydroponics accepts returns on merchandise within 15 days of original purchase minus a 20% processing fee and shipping charges. Fullbloom Hydroponics reserves the right not to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
We do not accept nutrient returns.

Any refund or exchange is contingent on the condition of the item returned to us.  ALL returns via UPS / FedEx / Other standard courier must be packaged with at least 6 inches of packing materials to protect the item in transit.  Freight returns must be returned with original or equivalent packing materials.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds depending on the situation associated with the return.

There will be no restocking fee for defective items.  There may be a restocking and return shipping fee on orders returned to Fullbloom when the item is not defective / incorrect item / other mistake on part of Fullbloom or its partners.
Please be aware that some manufacturer's have their own return policy and may be more strict on returns.
