RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To start a return, click HERE.
FINE PRINT, ETC.
Items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of your order being delivered. Return window begins from the carrier delivery date.
Some sale items, including Semi-Annual Sale items may be exchanged or returned store credit,but cannot be returned for a refund.
Warehouse Sale and Last Chance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 10 business days after return is delivered to our warehouse. Refunds will take up to 5 business days to appear in your account. 

We offer ReDo Checkout+, which offers free shipping for exchanges and returns for store credit as well as protecting your package from loss, damage or theft. If you purchase ReDo Checkout+ for an order that contains Warehouse Sale and/or Last Chance items, only the items that are not Warehouse Sale or Last Chance are eligible for free exchanges and returns. 
If customers do not purchase ReDo Checkout+, they must pay for return shipping regardless of whether they do a return, exchange or return for store credit. 
Without ReDo Checkout+, return shipping is $12 for the first item and $2 for each additional item.
FREE RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT & PACKAGE PROTECTION
By selecting ReDo Checkout + at checkout for $9, your return shipping label is covered and your package is protected from being stolen, lost or damaged.
ReDo Checkout+ cannot be removed from an order once the order has been placed.
If you choose not to purchase ReDo Checkout+, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and your package is not protected from loss or damage.
