The worst service ever and from certified scam artists!! I brought my vehicle here on (4-18) after noticing a leak of fluid under my car. I told the advisor during check in that it was probably my water pump with the issue. After waiting for them to complete the diagnostic which took over 2 hours and I had an appointment, I was told that my housing coolant needed to be replaced for an estimate of over $600, I foolishly trusted these idiots and allowed them to work on my car. Over 5 hours later and $718, I took my vehicle home. 12 days later, I notice more of the same fluid leaking from under my car, next morning I took my car back. After waiting for an hour and a half, I go to the advisor, *****, who tells me they found a leak in my water pump and would cost $1,071. No ****, I knew it was the water pump the whole time. I stated I should not have to pay as they supposedly found the issue and fixed it 12 days prior so if they missed a leak, that is not my problem. They replaced the wrong part and refused to accept responsibility. I am taking this as high as it will go, this is robbery from clowns.
