5 starsI am very pleased with LT Home Improvement llc, because the communication with the office was easy and they responded immediately when I had a question.
I needed a new roof, and I trusted in LT Home Improvement to replace my roof because my good friend recommended them. My conclusion is they did a high quality job keeping the time frame allowed for finishing to finish it. The employers are skilled professionals and very polite. After finishing the job the team cleaned up my place and no construction debris was left behind.
I am very happy with my new roof, and I know that it would last for so many many years. Thank you very much and I would recommend the LT Home Improvement llc for anyone who looking a long lasting home improvement.Review fromAnthony B

5 starsReview for LT Home Construction
Luis, (LT Home Construction) and the people he hires, are very competent, efficient, and pleasant to work with. Our stand-alone two-car garage was completely rebuilt in the course of one week, during very cold weather. At the initial job consult Luis took time to talk through both the “big picture” and the details of a project, as well as to offer options we might not have thought of. Pricing of this job was very fair, and the Estimate given was the same as the final cost.
His crew of carpenters were timely and efficient, starting each day promptly, and focusing on their responsibilities throughout the full work day. They were very pleasant to us and respectful of our property, being careful not to block access to our driveway each day, and performing a thorough clean-up of the site afterward. Luis met with us again, at the end of the project, to inspect the work, and to ensure that things were done as we had expected.
This is the third time we have engaged with LT Home Construction for a substantial project. We trust he and his crew to be honest and to bring strong skills to the job at hand.Review fromChris D

5 starsLT replaced two sets of old crank-open windows with big beautiful multiple windows. The work was expertly done and on time. The windows look amazing inside and out and added a lot of value to our home. I've had a ton of work done by LT over the past 8 years, have always been delighted with the work and would not want to hire any other firm.Review fromRob M

Technical advice was a pleasant surprise compared to other contractor’s estimates.
No quick cutting corners.
