Refund and Exchange Policy
Whip Appeal will repair or replace any defective t orders received within a 15 day grace period. Custom orders are  non-refundable.
If a deposit is provided to confirm the beginning of production and client does not pick up after order is confirmed completed, it is client's responsibility to submit remaining balance due in order to receive order. Company will hold order no longer than six months.
