From the first phone call to the day I got my keys, the entire experience was professional, transparent, and showed a clear dedication to quality.Communication was excellent and I was kept in the loop at every stage. Whether it was a quick status update or a deep dive into a specific issue, REMOVEDwas always responsive, honest, and proactive. It really felt like a true partnership and I'm going to miss our check-ins!Its rare to find someone who cares about your home as much as (and sometimes more than!) you do.     We had some apprehension about finding the right builder for our first newly constructed home. Choosing REMOVEDand Mountain Brook Homes was the best decision we could have made. He is an excellent communicator who kept us thoroughly informed at every step and just as important, he listens. Cost estimates were on target and the quality of work is awesome. He got us into our new home by Christmas 2024 despite the devastation of REMOVED, loss of power and water and so much destruction in our town. Simply amazing.

    REMOVEDbuilder and great communicator. No surprises from JD and he was always mindful of the budget and timelines. We had our new modular home constructed this year by REMOVEDand his crew at Mountain Brook Homes. The cost estimates were in line, communication was excellent and the quality of work and attention to detail from JD and all the subcontractors he uses was good. All was done while we were 6 hours away. We were pleased when we finally pulled into our driveway.
