    I worked with metal america to get our warehouse built, everything went smooth and we didnt have to lift a finger. Looking to use them as we expand and build more warehouses over the next 5 yearsz Thank you!

    This company was absolutely the worst company to work with. My husband went through a company in REMOVED,REMOVEDand REMOVEDwas absolutely amazing. She worked hard to get us a great deal. But after Metal America took over it went down hill from there. We paid them a deposit and NOTHING happened for 3 months. The concrete guy was a total scam. Jadon and REMOVEDneed to take a class on customer service. REMOVEDeven went so far to cuss REMOVEDabout our situation. REMOVEDis a wonderful Christian woman who didnt deserve that. He apologized her but that was probably to try and save face. After the concrete guy scammed everyone, even Metal America, they told us that Metal America would male it right. But then wanted more moneyWITH nothing for us to show for it. If it werent for REMOVED(our REMOVEDand REMOVEDwho is an employee with Metal America we wouldnt have been able to correct the issue. Metal America did refund all of our money and cancelled the contract because they knew they were going to have to shell out a lot of money to make it right. Money over customer service. That should be their motto. Amazing, the power of money over the power of customer service. We are most disgusted by the way REMOVEDtalked to REMOVED. She didnt deserve that. What a total unprofessional jerk. So, if you decide to go with Metal America, I would say to you. good luck.

    Contacted REMOVEDearly in the process as we didn't even have a house yet. Told him what we wanted and he designed it. He then told me to contact him when we got a house. Just closed on it and REMOVEDwas ready to help, remembering me from before.

    Great conversation with REMOVEDand REMOVED. They were very insightful as to what I wanted and made very good suggestions and I feel very comfortable with my purchase. Would definitely recommend both of them if anybody in the future has a need for any type of metal building.
