    WLCI will refund the full tuition payment if we receive written notice of your withdrawal from the program at least 30 days prior to the start of the program. We will refund 50% of the payment if we receive a notice of withdrawal at least 15 days prior to the start of the program. Refunds cannot be made if withdrawal occurs less than 15 days prior to the start of the program.
