    "For a bussiness that's been here quite a very long time,you would think they wouldn't try to take advantage of a long time 5 yr customer that purchased an over priced unit and pays yrly for a maintenance contract but yet when they come out to the house,on July 31st,2023 and did the summer maintenance check and said everything was working fine but I had to call them out today,august 22 for an issue with ac cutting off & on every 5 minutes, so the tech said we will have to charge me the diagnostic fee,when the receptionist told me there wouldn't be a fee for that,he told me the drain line was clogged so when it came time to pay,I see on my invoice they charged me the diagnostic fee ,trip charge $20.00 and total cost out the door was $299." ...
