Refund and Exchange Policy
Cancellations are accepted if made three or more business days prior to project/job start date. If materials have been purchased for the project, refund will be issued after materials have been returned.  A restocking fee of $75.00 will be applied. If project/job was paid by check, a refund check will be issued within 10 business days. If registration was paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to that same credit card within 5 business days.  Once the project/job has started, refunds will not be issued.
