Signed a contract last July and was told an estimated 8-10 weeks to complete. Paid 50% down when we signed. Started calling mid September to inquire about completion. Many calls/emails and no response. Finally got to someone in Nov and they had not even started the fabrication! In January, they called saying fabrication was done and now we owed more money for the glass. Mind you, this was to be completed back in mid Sept to 1st of Oct. We told them we will only pay more once the door is completed. Refused to continue and feel we were totally misled and honestly being a small business who k owe if they are having funding problems! This entire experience is horrific and the owner on Friday insinuates that I’m on my way to a great Friday evening which floored me. He also stated the door was completed 5 weeks ago which was mid-Feb, now remember they called us early January saying it was through fabrication! Read the other reviews and this is an experience that has been happening a lot. Wonder if the good reviews are really clients or friends??Very poor customer service and we truly question the owner’s integrity for many lies it seems.. we want this door and hope they will complete it and we can reverse this review.
