    I purchased two doors through Ecoline. The back door has had issues right from installation. Ecoline has responded each time I submitted an email detailing the issue. They have replaced the back door 3 times now but have not been able to resolve the issue without causing further and different issues. There is a mix of poor product quality and installation service issues.
    Door 1 - From factory the door had a chip on the lock side the that was painted over, paint was spotty and did not fully cover side of the door.
    Door 2 - After installation paint chipped off around the latch plate on the side of the door. Paint chipped due to the installation of the latch plate.
    Door 3 - The door side is damaged and swollen near the bottom of the door, resulting in the door rubbing against jamb causing the paint to scratch off.
    Although Ecoline has responded each time, I am very disappointed with the resolutions they provide. REMOVED

    Ecoline is an excellent company to deal with. They were very helpful and professional. I am very happy with my new windows. They are much warmer and quieter than the previous ones. Great work!

    10/10 company. Great staff, very responsive, respectful and got the job done when they said they would. Cleaned up and moved the furniture back before they left. Having them come back for more windows.
