    Unresponsive to customer requests, issues, complaints. Have had issues with my flood sensor, door sensors, police response, cameras, etc. They will respond for the first bit but as soon as it is no longer an easy fix, they stop responding. Have asked repeatedly for records of service outages, of which there have been many over the course of my contract so far, and while they assured me they would get them for me, I have yet to receive it weeks later. Cameras were down while the area was under an emergency shelter-in-place order due to a mass murderer on the loose- not very comforting.

    Absolute liars. I was told by Sheri their salesperson that they would do a "soft" credit check before they installed the alarm system. What actually happened was their finance company did a "hard" credit check AND registered a home improvement loan on my credit bureau. This was not divulged until I received a notification from Equifax. When I addressed this issue with Sheri she brushed it off and said that I had signed a 5 year agreement and there was nothing I could do. The equipment they installed failed and the alarm kept my family up all night. They fixed the problem eventually only to have another sensor fail shortly thereafter. This company is shady to say the least. I can't wait to get out of this contract and use a reputable business.

It only becomes a hard hit once you proceed with the installation. Upon installation, all customers sign detailed paperwork with our finance partner acknowledging the financing that is being put in place. We have checked your system, and it is working as designed. We are happy to work with you to resolve any further issues, we understand a member from our team will be visiting your premise to do so.
