Had a system installed 11/11/24. At the time the installer arrived he did not know scope of the installation. He was to install a new system to replace our outdated AlarmTek system. Our old system had two sirens, one in each garage. At the time of the install the installer, Landon realized he did not have any sirens with him. He said that I could drop by the saskatoon office and that he would have them there for me to pick up. Before he left our location he showed me how I would pair the sirens to the main hub. When I went over to the office on 11/21/24 there were no sirens waiting for me and the two individuals that I encountered were not willing to help in anyway. One was a women said she was the accountant and the other guy was tech support. After a lengthy and unproductive discussion I was told by the women that someone from there management-sales would call me and discuss this issue. No one ever called. ** * ***** **** ******** ***** **** **** ** ********** *** ********* ** ***** ************ ****** * ***** **** **** **** * **** ********* ***** ******* **** ******** **** Nick still waiting on a call

1 starI’ve had the system for about four years. I’m still waiting for a refund of *** -***. I told him that the equipment has not been installed. That technician told the company that it has not been installed. They still charged me.. Jeff is the owner and Is who I was dealing with . he’s very hard to get a hold of. He doesn’t return phone calls text messages or emails.. I paid just over $**** for the system. Preston was fabulous. He came out the same day he called. He not only replaced the defective sensor, he also checked and replaced two other sensors that were giving week signals.Alarmtek Security Systems of Canada Incorporated

5 starsI have only had them for just over a month. I have no complaints with their service. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They had to come back and install new equipment as our previous service provider wanted their equipment back or *********** would sue us. ( Good public relations). 1 starTotal fail! Do not invest your hard earned money in this system. They are not what they claim on the phone when you are waiting for someone to help you with their broken down system and then no one answers your call! I'm still waiting to hear back after 3 messages and 2 days! They took my money and ran!Review fromCaillin G

1 starUnresponsive to customer requests, issues, complaints. Have had issues with my flood sensor, door sensors, police response, cameras, etc. They will respond for the first bit but as soon as it is no longer an easy fix, they stop responding. Have asked repeatedly for records of service outages, of which there have been many over the course of my contract so far, and while they assured me they would get them for me, I have yet to receive it weeks later. Cameras were down while the area was under an emergency shelter-in-place order due to a mass murderer on the loose- not very comforting.
