  I bought my first Win11 laptop, and after setting up many computers over the years for myself and others, I thought I could set it up myself. I was sorely wrong. I did something that prevented me from being able to log in, making my computer useless. I spent days looking for a solution, and not even ********* or ****** gave me any help. My frustration got so bad, I was ready to throw a $1,500 computer in the trash. I've been following ****** **** for many years, and how he has helped many others. Being desperate, I hired him. I found him to be honest, competent, easy to work with, patient, knowledgeable, calm, friendly, with a caring supportive attitude. I marveled at all the complex steps he had to take to unlock my computer and get it working. I give him the highest recommendation!

  When I retired I knew enough about computers to perform my job requirements. I decided to learn more and over the years have become quite efficient in the areas of interest that I have. However, when ********* decides to upgrade they always change little things that make one have to go back to square one.Over the years I have hired people from time to time when I was stuck and for the most part have been disappointed in their results. Sometimes they would do things without telling me which tended to mess things up and in some cases I lost data. For the most part I found others to do more harm than good so my decision to work with ****** was not an easy one for me but I decided to give him a try.I found his grasp of my situation and needs to be instant. Not only did he help me get through the issues I was having, he showed me how to do the things that I was having problems with.I highly recommend ******. You will find him to be patient, easy and enjoyable to work with. Also, he will not make any changes without explaining them to you first, which I really value.

  Win 10 PC with a messed up directory structure I've been working with for years. Wanted it returned to 'standard.' Contacted ****** via email. He responded quickly and got to work that same morning. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he was doing. He offered many helpful tips. I will be using his services again.

  Own a *********** Computer with Windows **************** ******* it was compatible with upgrade to Windows 11 but I had my doubts and contacted ****** to make the transition. He is the most knowledgeable computer wizard that I have ever encountered. Personable and fast with the prompts, location, and files to accomplish the upgrade. Encountered excessive corruption requiring additional time and double checking. If I had not gone to him, I would now own a pricey paperweight. Highest possible recommendation if you need your computer to work again or purchase to your required specific specifications!

  What great service , I was at the end of my rope trying to transfer things to my new computer , with no luck . I found Infopackets on the web and shot them a email . I never really expected to hear back . With in 20 minutes he contacted me , 30 minutes later I was up and running . Problem solved !! I highly recommend them for sure , saved me so much time , job done right ! Thanks .

  Having followed ****** ****' newsletter Infopackets for many years I contacted ****** about a new custom build computer when I needed to replace my old custom built desktop to accommodate Windows 11. After questioning me and determining my needs and wishes he recommended that I reconsider a custom build and suggested a minicomputer and accessories from a commercial site. He walked me through ordering, setting up the new computer and transferred my files and programs from the old to the new computer. He is extremely knowledgeable, very patient with testy and suddenly ignorant clients and puts his client's needs ahead of his own profits. I have no hesitation in recommending ****** to anyone wanting/needing computer advice, equipment or repairs as well as with the other matters such as scams that he covers in his newsletter.

  ****** really gets it and is very personable. He identified the scam I was dealing with quickly, and provided some of his advice for free. He has dealt with *****'s of these types of scams and knows how the perpetuators work and how they can break you down and provided many examples how they have operated (and continue to operate). If you're facing a extortion/sextortion scam (or think you maybe), I highly advise you reach out to him, he will walk you through his technique, and provide you advice on how to proceed.

  I am impressed with the speed, professionalism and support Dennis provides. He was quick to respond to my email and initial inquiry, and that was probably the most important thing. Afterwards he had a structured process to deal with the blackmail, which simplified the difficult situation I was going through. Thank you very much!

  ****** helped me with a graphics problem, via phone and remote connection to my computer. He really knows his stuff. He's also very good at explaining things as he goes. Friendly, comptetent, and reasonably priced. He also sent a follow-up email after the session.
