    Terrific service from infopackets and ****** ****. When my hard drive died he tried everything to check it out, save my data and restored windows. He is extremely knowledgeable, very commited and extremely nice. I have used his service before and ****** has and always be my only Tech!     My computer was hacked, and this company did an outstanding job of removing the ongoing threat to my system. He also went through and cleaned up all the junk programs and files that have been sitting in the system for years. There was no way that I could have done this, and his knowledge and expertise was terrific. It is just a shame that there are people in the world who take advantage of innocent people. I am grateful that this service was made available by a friend who was hacked by the same fraudulent person. If you ever need help this is the company to call.

    ****** **** is a five star expert on taking over computers and fixing them he took over my laptop which was extremely slow and not workingproperly and did amazing things to it to get it at least partially working. It may be a structural problem so he cannot fix that he has been very Effective and very expert in taking over and attempting to fix this. His fees are more than fair and he did much extra work not compensated short he is a keeper **** ******.

    I had an issue with my neighbor hacking my wifi. I found ****** online and decided to contact him for help. ****** was quick to respond to my email and arrange a time to connect. He was very knowledgeable about my problem. He gave me great tips and educated me about how and what hackers can see. He also was able to recommend a better, more secure router that would help with my problem. We talked on the phone while he remotely accessed my computer and he talked me through my different concerns the entire time he had access to my system. He legitimately wants to help and was honest and transparent the entire time. His trustworthiness is a rare thing these days. I highly recommend ****** for any computer/internet issues you may have. I was so worried about my information being stolen not only with my neighbor but also trusting a stranger from the internet. But ****** put me at ease and calmed some of my anxieties about my issue while also educating me and listening to my concerns. He is very honest and trustworthy. I will definitely contact him again in the future if I ever need help with this again. He's outstanding, honest, trustworthy and so very helpful! Thank you ******!

    ****** **** is an honest, and true professional. He is down to earth and easy to work with. My system had multiple issues, and he stayed with me giving me solutions, some that he applied, and some that I applied after our call. I can say with full confidence that he goes far beyond what is called for to try and help people solve their problems. I could not be happier with his service nor the outcome of the call. If you are having a computer issue, by all means give ****** a call. His rates are reasonable, and he works quickly to replicate and then resolve issues.

    ****** is top of the line and truly walks you through the process. In my case it was something I had experienced with Cash App and now Pay Pal. He advised me that the only legitimate number to reach ******* is actually within the site itself. Pay Pal will send you a code that you enter in when you do call them directly. NEVER ****** a number for Pay Pal or Cash App, Venmo, etc. but more specifically never ever allow anyone to remote access into your phone, laptop or computer. His advice was on point, I followed his instructions, contacted my bank, and should be okay in a few days.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Thanks ****** you are a true professional and one of a kind!*** *******

    If you ever have problems with your computer, ****** **** is the genius you need to run to!! Based in ****** he can work anywhere in the world. We've been loyal USA Customers for years and wouldn't trust our machines to anyone else. Recently it was discovered that a hacker in ******* had invaded my computer to take money out of my checking account by adding a fake name as a "payee". ****** found the connection which allowed them view EVERYTHING on my computer and removed it. He then worked to secure my PC by introducing a "lock screen" after 20 minutes of inactivity. He then reset my browser in order to clean it and remove any previously stored passwords. Since he knows I'm on my computer daily he also knows I'm not as tech savvy as I need to be so he took the time to go over with me, in detail, what steps I now had to take to make sure my machine was safe. I highly recommend ****** to anyone who needs help with your computer system - he's prompt, thorough and trustworthy.

    ******* T 02/09/2024 I was a normal user of internet and I was hacked (received e-mail). And the same day, I call ****** from infopacket to see if he can do something in that delicate situation. Immediately he took control of my screen and he work fast. He knows exactly what he was doing no doubt about that. Also, in the same time, he explain to me what he was doing. This was very important because for the most of the people we dont really understand how it works. And after a certain time, the work was done with success. I recommend strongly someone who have any kind of issue with computer to call them. Definitely ****** will be able to help. It was professionalism and trust.

    I used ****** for LAN/network problem and he was very knowledgeable and helpful all the way through a process of reconfiguring my LAN to get all computers properly talking to each other. He was friendly, efficient, and very flexible - when I had some restrictions I wanted placed on the options for the network, he accomodated them and explained the pros and cons. He will be my go-to person for Windows support from now on. Excellent servcie, reasonable fees, smart analyst and problem solver.
