      We moved from Ontario to Nova Scotia and received a quote of Less than $14,000. Our final tally was in excess of $24,000. We weren't provided with Bills of Lading, nor did we receive consideration for Lost and Damaged articles, despite the Movers themselves disposing of one piece of furniture. Numerous emails to several persons has resulted in no feedback or responses to our requests. This is a significant increase from the originally quoted price with no explanation or paperwork to support it. We had to provide $1,500 in cash, above and beyond everything, before they would move the furniture from the street to the house. They claimed it was 300' and had to shuttle it to the house. They couldn't enter the driveway from the street, which they should have known if they did their homework. Our Lot isn't that deep and at best, it is half of that. We are looking for Justification and Compensation. As Seniors, we feel we have been taken!
