      I recently had the misfortune of trying to use the live chat support for Text Now to address login issues, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The support team was ******* ***** ** ********, failing to provide any meaningful assistance or resolution to my problem.
      The first issue I encountered was the long wait time to connect with a support representative. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes before I was finally connected with someone, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Once I was connected, the representative was unhelpful and appeared to lack any knowledge or understanding of the issue at hand. They seemed to be following a scripted response rather than attempting to engage with me to understand the problem and offer a viable solution.
      Despite my attempts to explain the login issues I was experiencing, the representative was unable to provide any meaningful assistance. They offered a few basic troubleshooting steps, but none of them worked. When I pressed them for more assistance, they simply repeated the same steps again, as if they were reading from a script. ******** ** ********** **** *** **** *** **** **** ******* *** * ******** ***** ** ***** The representatives were unresponsive, unhelpful, and lacked the knowledge and expertise to address my login issues. * ***** *** ********* ***** ******* ******** ** ****** ** **** ** ********** **** *** ****
