Very pleased so far with the level of expertise exhibited by the sales/service/installation personnel from Verdun. ****** and his crew came to install the basement windows (which were non standard sized), and had the entire job finished and cleaned up within 4 hours, and the finished results are superb, better than anticipated. I have a custom kitchen door to be installed in the next while and have no doubts the end result will be excellent also. Kudo's Verdun!Verdun Windows and Doors

From the order to the installation, Verdun kept me informed on the progress of my new basement windows. Installation staff were on time, respectful, and completed the installation efficiently. **** and Sbastien came on time, tore out 8 windows, installed 9 new ones, explained how they worked, manged to keep my cat in the house and cleaned up after themselves in half the scheduled time (1 day instead of 2). Kudos to 2 very pleasant fellows who did a great job.Verdun Windows and Doors

This was for a new new entry door with frame for our 55-year-old house. The Verdun sales person was punctual, well informed and helped us with making a section. The order was confirmed and we were advised the door would be ready mid-summer. We were pleasantly surprised by a call saying the door was ready, could they install it tomorrow. It was convenient so we went ahead. The installers arrived within the promised time window. They were polite and cleaned up the site after finishing, saying to get in touch with Verdun if there were further questions or issues. The work was completed today.Verdun Windows and Doors

Purchased 2 exterior doors from Verdun. Salesperson was very knowledgeable. He explained all aspects of the project and answered our questions. Installers were friendly, efficient and very meticulous. They did a great clean-up before leaving. The communication via email and phone with customer service was excellent.
