  Ive noticed that people are very quick to complain if they feel their needs as customers are not being met - admittedly, I have no issue in voicing and advocating if I am affected by an issue or a situation - however, it baffles me that people are not as apt to voice satisfaction with a job well done.I have been involved in multifaceted renovations here at home for what seems an eternity, and unfortunately, some things have not gone as smoothly as they should have. There have been some issues that could have been easily managed at the onset, but werent, and some fairly serious issues, all have required managing even months later.Verdun, however, is the contrary of what seems to have become the norm. They offer outstanding customer service and actually honour their warranties. However, what would those be without a stellar service individual to implement, and Verdun has that as well in Service Tech ****.While Verduns customer service has been outstanding, as importantly, Service Tech **** was a pleasure to deal with, offering information and assistance in a personable and professional manner. I believe his going above and beyond is his norm. I only wish all contractors were as easy to deal with as Verdun and ****! I hope that he is recognised for his abilities and his value to the organisation as a whole. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, personable, caring and concerned.Verdun would do well to have 12 of him on staff.Thanks to **** for a job well done!I would (and have) recommend Verdun without hesitation.

  After much research and speaking with neighbours we decided on selecting Verdun to replace our 25 year patio door with upper windows as well as three windows in one of our bedrooms. The order for the bedroom windows came in quite quickly. A date was set and the two installers **** and ****** showed up exactly when they said they would. They got to work right away and even though was a cold day of about -8C. We recently had the interior of our home painted and they paid extra attention to not cause any damage to the paint when they removed the old moldings and windows - for this we are appreciative. With this experience we are certainly looking forward to having the patio door installed once it is built. Our decision to go with Verdun proved to be a great choice. From the first meeting with salesman ****** to conversations with office staff to the installers everyone has been more than helpful. The quality of their product is second to none and we are extremely pleased. We highly recommend them for your windows/doors needs. Thank you Verdun!!

  Verdun is a top notch company from start to finish. Quotes are completed before the salesperson leaves your home. The quality of their windows and energy efficiency are excellent. They stand by their product by offering a warranty that is beyond compare. Colour options were great. The windows were delivered within the promised timeline. We were informed three weeks prior to installation when we could expect our three windows, as well as a week before, giving us the heads up needed to get the rooms ready. The two Ukrainian contractors responsible for the installation were respectful, friendly, meticulous and know their trade very well. They took the old windows with them and removed all debris, leaving our house very tidy. We appreciate that they used putty to cover the nail punctures, which gave the windows a very professional, finished look. One of my clients purchased windows from a competitor earlier this year. The quality of the finishing is inferior, the windows were not as professionally installed, and they paid far more for their much smaller windows. I had seen other Verdun window installations in my area and was very impressed with their workmanship. Therefore, as well as taking the leap to order new windows for my home, I recommended to my son that he consider Verdun for the complete replacement of the windows in his home. He took my advice and is glad he did. With Verdun, you end up with a better product with affordable pricing and a great warranty. My husband and I highly recommend this local company.

  We received great information from the sales staff at the start of this project.Staff kept in touch we us during the process on all time lines etc.The installers were on time, ensure all work completed in a timely fashion and did a great clean up at the end on the day.We would recommend this company for any window and door projects you be planning ****

  Verdun is a top notch company all the way around. Quotes are completed before the sales *** leaves your home, the quality of their products is second to none, the warranty is untouchable and the energy efficiency is number one. This is our second project with Verdun and any warranty work is always done with no questions asked and in a timely manner. Timelines are great, always under promise and over deliver. The installation crews are respectful, clean, friendly and know their trade very well. Our house was as clean and perhaps cleaner after installation. We also had several quotes from other window and door companies in our area and Verdun beat their price by a large margin. Better product, better efficiency, better price, best warranty and best crews. Why go with anyone else.

  We needed new doors and windows for our older home, built in 1972. We researched window and door manufacturers over the course of one year. Our selection criteria included: an A+ BBB rating, wholly Canadian-made and price competitiveness. Verdun Windows and Doors checked all the boxes. In June 2025, we ordered eight windows (in various styles) and two steel-clad doors. Today (November 25th), they completed their work and made all the final adjustments to the installed products. The entire purchase-to-installation process was seamless, their work was flawless, and their service was impeccable. I would most definitely recommend Verdun Windows and Doors to friends and colleagues.

  ***** and his assistant of Verdun Windows installed a new sliding patio door for us recently. We were fortunate that ***** had the required experience and expertise as the job was challenging, to say the least. Unfortunately, both our inside flooring and the exterior brickwork were slightly higher than optimal for an easy fit for the door assembly. Walid patiently and painstakingly measured the differences and prepared the fittings so that the patio door sits perfectly and is a beautiful house feature. We are very pleased and highly recommend Verdun Windows. Their employees are professional and their workmanship is exceptional.

  We had two patio doors installed. The service was excellent, delivered ahead of schedule, and the installation was done very professionally, the team answered questions we had and clean up after they had completed.   Weve been using Verdun Windows and Doors since 2005 in two of our houses and have been extremely satisfied. Products are excellent as is their services. Always on time and courteous, Matthieu and **** did great work on our front door in just over two hours. I highly recommend them.
