5 starsOur Verdun installers, *** ******** and his helper, provided great communication, calling to make sure it was ok for them to come early. They explained everything they were doing while they were doing it, and worked efficiently to install our new window. *** even offered to fix our entrance door, which was rubbing on the door frame, by exchanging a couple of hinge screws. 5 starsIn July of this year I decided to proceed with signing the contract with Verdun Windows and Doors for the replacement of my bedroom and ensuite windows. Seven windows in total all PVC frames. ***** the sales representative, had come to the house twice. Once to meet and measure and the second time to present the quoted prices. **** was fantastic. He had a great personality and explained everything very clearly to me ultimately giving me the confidence to proceed with the work.
In late August I received a call that the windows we're ready for installation and immediately scheduled an installation date for September 02, 2025.
Jesse & ****** arrived on time and as expected were ready to install the windows. They were excellent. They came prepared with all of the required materials to complete the job and worked tirelessly the entire day to ensure an excellent installation job. They were very polite and pleasant to deal with and were patient in answering all of my questions and concerns. They worked with great care and conscientiousness as they maneuvered around the rooms reinstating everything as it was previously and cleaning up the work areas as they proceeded throughout the bedrooms.
I am very pleased with my beautiful new windows. I would highly recommend Verdun Windows & Doors because my experience with them exceeded my expectations. They deliver an excellent product and have excellent people working with them.
