    I got a call from this company in June 2020 from a Representative stating they are running a government program that would help reduce my heat bill cost by changing my furnace installed since 2001. Also, they assured me the payment of this furnace will be included in my regular heat bill.
    Few days later, they call me again , convincing that I also needed to add a HEPA filter that will allow improve the functionality of the furnace and extend its life.
    Guarantee was given to me that they'll be doing regular maintenance. 4 years later, no technician has shown up at my door for maintenance, whenever I tried to contact them, I couldn't speak to anybody. And my surprise now is to learn that the cost of the equipment set at $12,000, has now reached $70,000, with a lean on my house, and a note on my credit report.
    I don't agree with the entire situation, since I have been misled by this company. I'm also open to any suggestions on how to come out of such situation.

    Ontario Green Savings- This company showed up at my door 3 years ago making promises of saying money. They installed a HEPA filter on my furnace and a smart thermometer. I started paying around 68 a month and has now increased to around 74. I wish I had better understood at the time at the agreement. I felt pressured and the person being in my home made it worse. There was an agreement that they would come back and service the filter, I have never heard from them again. My payment will continue for 7 more years unless I am able to seek some kind of relief to end this sooner.

    We purchased a heat pump from this company after a lot of questions. We were assured the heat pump would save us money and pay for itself through our hydro bill by saving us 90$ a month which would be applied to the loan for this pump and therefore not costing us any money out of pocket. Here we are a year and a half later with absolutely no savings on our hydro bill and paying a loan for a heat pump that cost us 15000$ that other companies sell for 5000$ installed( i made some calls)
    The invoice has the installer company name on it ( ******* Mechanical) I have called them and talked to them at great length trying to come to a solution. We do not mind paying what the pump is worth but we do mind paying 3x it’s worth! ******* Mechanical has offered do pay $2000 which would be applied to our hydro bill in monthly instalments according to our consumption. I have not signed this agreement yet as I am still very unsatisfied! This is all very shady and I don’t see how they can do this. I would like some action taken to have the price of this heat pump reduced to its worth! At this rate we will be paying for it for years! * ***** **** **** ** ** **** * *** ** ******* **** **** ********* ** *******

    I purchased a HEPA filter from Ontario Green Savings. I agreed to pay for this equipment at the price of $56.00 monthly until it was paid for. Without my consent the contract was handed over to a finance company and I now have a payment of $77.00 a month @ 3.5% interest which will increase every year. At this point, I will owe them $10,000.00 for a HEPA filter which appraises for between $400.00 - $1,000.00. (**** ***** price). Let me also state that I was not given the opportunity to read the terms of agreement until after the transaction was completed. They now have a lien on my home until paid in full. Of course I feel this is terrible business practices I guess I should have called the BBB before I made the purchase. I also read the complaint section *** ***** *** **** **** **** * **** *** ************** Even though they have been charged in court, they are still carrying on as usual.

    I answered on ******** from what I thought was an energy assessment only to get solicited for HVAC equipment. They scared me into signing up for two new HVAC equipment. The furnace was improperly installed as my regular gas guy had to turn off my gas so he could relocate a barbecue gas line on my home. He was going to red flag them. The hot water tank was hooked up to an extension cord instead of being wired directly into the fuse box. I phoned them and no one answers the phone, so I emailed them. They did fix the problem. The rebates that they promised me never happened so I emailed them. Another representative called me and said that he would come and check to the original work, only to *** ** ** ***** *** say that I didn't get the rebates because the first guys didn't put a water filter on the furnace and that is why I didn't get any rebates. He signed me up for yet another payment, which I ended up cancelling the next day. ***** **** *** ****** ****** *** *** *** *** ** *** ********* He promised personally he would email me rebates and check in 3, 6 and 9 months, then another in a year to see how our energy savings were doing. Never saw rebates, or anyone. Then I noticed the cost of my monthly payments went up so I emailed them. They told me I signed up for that and I can't get out of the rental agreement unless I pay them $30,000.00! Then I ******* ***** *** **** *** found out that I now have two liens on my property. I'm currently working with ******* and I am taking them to court. *** ***** **** *** ***********

    * ** * ** ******** ****** *** * ****** I had a phone call from a lady and afterwards Amin R. from Ontario Green Savings showed up at my home on November 26th, 2021. He checked my basement heating system. My furnace and air conditioning were new at the time. He said that I needed a HEPA air cleaner and a water carbon filter. He showed me in writing I would only pay $20 per month and the Ontario Government will pay $100 per month. I thought that was a good deal so I signed the contract. He took a picture of my bank cheque. The HEPA air cleaner and water carbon filter were installed the next day. In January 2022, the first payment showed on my bank statement. It was $135.58 per month from the ******** **** *********** ****** ***********. I was shocked! I was supposed to have an appointment with Amin on January 4th, 2022 and he never called me or showed up for the promised 12:00pm appointment. I called Amin with no answer and then called OSG and was told he was no longer with the company. I never received any money from the Government of Ontario. Only one maintenance service was done as promised on December 4th, 2022. In October 2023, I called every week for maintenance service with no response and when I used my cell phone, I noticed the name was changed to ******** ***** *******. The only thing I could do was e-mail ***** for the service department. I got an e-mail back stating that OSG was not answering any phone calls or e-mails and said that it was my own responsibility to do my own maintenance and service for the rental units. ** **** *** **** ** ******* ******** ** ***** **** ** ***** ** ****** With OSG, I will be paying over $20,000 by the end of 120 months! In addition, they put a lien on my house without my consent. Last year, my lawyer informed me about this lien! This kind of dishonest, ***** *** ******** ** ******* should not be allowed ** *** **** ******* ** **** ** *** ******  I would appreciate any help you could provide me.

    Ontario Green Savings has permanently closed and I have no way to continue my annual maintenance on a tankless water heater that i purchased through them. Plus, my payments go to ***** ********* **** *********** ****** ************ and they do not allow phone calls.
    I want to buy my way out of this contract but do not trust anyone involved at this point.

I even called the owner 5 days ago but no reply. The owner , so I was told, is Saeed T. with whom I spoke last year and never heard from again. I also had contact with a manager, George N last year for a week but was put on ignore since.

    Promises that they don't follow through on. You cannot get into contact with this company after you sign up/ No service calls as they promised. They don't answer their phones.

    ******* ** *** ** ****** *** ** thousands of dollars for a product that didn't do what they promised within the first month of owning my first house. Also put a lien on my house which won't allow me to get loans from the bank to fix my house up. **** ******** ******** *** *** ** **** ****** ** ** **** *** ****** ** ** ** **** ****** ****** I will be taking them to court soon so I don't have to pay an $8000 buyout for a $500 piece of equipment
