    * **** * *** ******** *** *** *** ******* ****** ***** **** ******** They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. They have missed payroll tax payments to my state. They recently changed their business model that has affected ** **** customers and never communicated it to them. Their online documentation is terrible. Customer service is non-existent. Wave is a company that does not care about their customers. I have been a paying customer for 2 years but will soon be moving away from them. It has been headache after headache and how I need to redo many hours of work because their features are broken and their documentation is terrible. ****** ****** *** ** *** *** ***** **** ** *** ***** ********

    ***** * **** ******* * ****** ** ******* Wave has probably top 3 if not the worst customer service ever. ***** ***** **** **** **** **** *******. Everything seems smooth until you have an issue. These people have reported inaccuracies on. my credit and refuse to get in contact with me or my bank to resolve the issue. I used Wave to invoice my customers. I remembered I closed an account connected to Wave and requested a refund for a clients invoice that hat yet to be deposited. Wave tried to deposit the money in a closed account then requested I pay them said money back. They were sent documents showing that the money they tried to deposit was sent back to them. They were asked to contact the bank directly and the bank tried to contact them. The ************ number might as well be non existent. * ******** ** ********* ** *** *** * ***** ****** ******* ******* **** **** ** *** ******** ******** ***** ***** **** *** ******* ****** **** ** ***** ** ******* *** ********

    The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are holding money from a customer of mine with no reason to do so, I’ve made every attempt to contact them to resolve the issue and have got no help. No phone number to be found, all communication with them has to be done through email or “chat.”

    They sent me a 1099-K that wasn't mine. There was NO WAY of calling them as all 4 phone numbers I tried would go through or would just say, "we don't accept incoming calls at this number." It was the number posted on the ****! Now I have to fight with the IRS to explain why this isn't mine. They also tell me to just log on to my Wave account to get the answers. Because I don't use this service I don't have a Wave account. Frustrating to say the least.

    Wave sent my money to a bank account that is inactive. I made the mistake of not quadruple checking to see which bank is set up for instant pay. This setup is in various places, so I assumed it was the same account saved for general payouts. I was wrong, and instant paid it to an inactive bank account. I knew my error would hold up the money and take time to resolve, but it is going on 5 weeks. Wave hasn't even acknowledged that they can fix the problem. Instant payout only gives you a provisional credit, so if it is rejected - it isn't a big issue with your bank. Anyway, The bank rejected the funds and Wave will not give me my money back. I have sent them the proof they need. I can't talk to a human being; I get an email everyone once in a while telling me there is nothing they can do. This has been my experience over and over again with them. Every time there is a challenge with their technology, they become impossible to deal with. I have been missing money for over 5 weeks, and Wave has not acknowledged how they will fix this. **** *** **** * ******** ****** ******** ** *********** *** ** *** **** ** ******* **** ******** **** *** ****** **** **** *** *** * ******** *** * ******* *********

    This company is *** *****, unreachable, i canceled my account a year ago and they are still sending recurring invoices to my customers. you cant contact them. *** ***** * ********* **** ** ***** *** *** *** get them to quit invoicing my clients, wish id never tried them.

    We first started using Wave for our bookkeeping over 7-years ago. Their bookkeeping module is decent for most small businesses; however, every other service they provide outside of bookkeeping has been a huge disappointment. Their payroll system is tragic - lacking the simplest of features and functionality for common payroll events (ex: unpaid time off, retroactively adjusting payment policies, tax management and filing). To make any changes to payroll, you'll need to get in touch with their customer service which is notoriously ********, slow, and unreliable. Live support wait times average over 20-mins and email support turnarounds average over 5 days. To say Wave cares about its customers is a ***** overstatement. It's amazing that they price this product similar to more advanced payroll systems which can actually manage all states **** **** *** ** ***** and which don't require constant support. *** **** ******** ********* *** begged for simple features and integrations, but Wave continues to ignore customer feedback. Instead, they spent the entire past year revamping their UI - ********* **** ********* **** ***** ***** **** Needless to say, we are now looking at other payroll solutions as well as bookkeeping solutions that actually integrate with other software. It's 2023 - if you're refusing to open your API for integrations, then you will be left behind!     I began using wave since August 2023 for my cleaning company. when I open the account, everything was fine, I then decided to send my first invoice to one of my customers the invoice was paid in the amount of $1560.00, then I receive and email saying I cannot accept online my payment. there we're having difficulty verifying a few things. I have to Waith 70 days before my funds can be released. it's been over 70 days and am still waiting for a respond to see where my funds.

    This app is absolutely terrible you cannot reach anyone for help with your app needs. I’ve been trying to send my receipts that I took pictures of and filed . First I thought it would catergorize them and it wouldn’t and secondly I can’t email receipts to my cpa they have to be put on your account and I don’t want that. *** ****** ** ***** ***** ** **** **** ** *** ***** **** not being able to reach someone for help **** *** ** **** ***

    My Wave card was compromised (somewhere), and they froze it. I was never informed why. Additionally, they want photos of bills with my address to issue a new card. I have over $500 of spendable funds on that card. They will neither transfer it or unfreeze the card. Now, they stopped answering my support requests. * *** * **** **** *** ****** ** * *** ******** *** *** * *** **** ** * **** **** * ***** ****. It's been 3 months and no movement from Waves. Can't close my account, can't get my money. And why penalize the customer with hoops to jump through to prove who I am? They've been using my money for over years and NOW they want proof of who I am? I switched to another card/invoice processor and will never recommend Waves to anyone.
