    This company sent a letter that they had been hacked and lost all financial and personal information but there is nothing they can do.
    I called them they had no answers on what they are doing they said yes this happened but if the people that stole the information use it just call the police.
    This is (simply group financial, *** **** ********* **** ****)
    **** ** **** * ***** ** ************* 
    I had asked to speak to a supervisor they had informed me I will be called back right away. I called back a hour later just before they closed and they said within the week if they are available.
    The mixed answers are all over the place.

    Not satisfied with this company at all, trying to reach them is next to impossible to discuss the matter. Work was not completed on the heat pump that installed by *** ***********  . I didn't receive or sign a certificate of completion , and they have been taking the payments from my account. Would not recommend anyone doing any business dealings with this company , the documents I have e-signed through sign well came to me 12 days after signing and dates were all changed and altered.

    Company accepted a ********** certificate of completion for work completed on our house (submitted before work even began). Have since tried multiple times to open lines of communication and have yet to receive a response addressing the proof we've provided of our unfinished project and that we wouldn't have signed for the money to be released.
