    Hello My name is *****, I live in *** ***** ***** Blvd, Halifax. * ********* ********* ********** ******* ** ****** *** ** ******* *** ********* ******. Ivy, Vern and Michelle, are exceptional superintendents/ property managers. They are approachable, reliable, and available. The apartment building is clean, well maintained. We had such a well attended Christmas Holiday pot luck dinner in the common room, we had to extend the party to include the lobby. This was an excellent way to meet other tenants in the building, fostering a positive living community for all who live here' everyone felt welcomed. * ********* ******* ******** *** ***** ****** **** ********* ***********

    Roaches , pidgeon feces , " have photos & videos " , construction noises in the middle of the night , lack of communication , misleading statements . Sad because I really like my place ... but still hopeful someone will put their pants on .
    Now I'm waiting for the usual patronizing excuses & fake apologies ...
    please spare me .
