    Greetings of the day, I am a Hazelview tenant at ******** ***** ** *********** *****, Montreal, Quebec - ******. The reason behind mailing you is, that I recently moved here by sublease for just 4 months ( Oct 2023 - Jan 2024). I got to know that Hazelview Property Management provides a free internet connection. I tried to connect my internet device to it using my wire and it won’t work. I requested the manager to resolve the issue. She sent the Janitor to check what's the issue he wasn't able to find it. He told me there was a problem with my device. I bought a new one still there is an issue. Again I went to the manager she sent a technician. He also did not find it. She informed me that she is sending an outside technician. They informed me that there was an issue with the connection wire and that I needed to pay $270. It is not my Mistake with the wire coz I have been using the same wire for 2 years with my internet connection with **** ********. Since the janitor & building technician don't know about the wire. How should I know that I need to use the specific wire for this building for Internet connection? If I purchase a new internet connection it would have cost me $220 for 4 months. They have my security deposit and they would like to deduct $270 from that. I was trying to reach Hazelview management because the building manager said that there was nothing she could do. I am not willing to pay for this. None of them responding to this.

    I have not received my key fob deposit for a monthly parking spot that I emailed my notice to May 31st 2022 and dropped the key fob off June 1st 2022 **** ******** ******* ** **** plus being deducted (direct withdrawal) for two additional months after my 30 days notice was given. I've emailed a total of 8 times about the fob deposit refund ($40) and have been ignored. I am looking to receive a refund for my entire contract with this company or a minimum of 2 months payment ($169.50 per month) and my key fob deposit refund ($40) totalling ideally $1057 or a minimum of $379. **** ******* *** **** ******* *** ************** **** *** ********* *** * ****** **** ***** ******** **** *****
