      Tone)?????Extremely toxic workplace culture avoid if you value professionalism and ********** experience at GPM (Guardian Property Management) was by far one of the worst in my career. The environment is demeaning, biased, and highly unprofessional. There is a strong culture of favoritism those who say yes to everything are rewarded, while anyone who speaks up or raises legitimate concerns is treated unfairly.Management lacks transparency and integrity. There are ongoing issues with mismanagement of client funds and inaccurate budgeting, which have led to numerous special assessments for condominium corporations. This points to a serious lack of financial oversight and understanding of proper property management ************ addition, discrimination and disrespect are tolerated rather than addressed, creating an unsafe and toxic environment for employees.If you are a qualified professional who values ethical standards, honesty, and a respectful workplace I strongly advise against working for this company

      All talk zero action
      Absolutely the worst in property management. Between security risks and safety of residents of our condo. Rarely rectified with haste, overpriced maintenance fees. The lists are endless. This building is a new build. There should be no issues. There has been ongoing problems since occupancy.
