    The bus arrived in ********** from ******** 30 minutes late. How can you lose so much time? Its only an hour trip.We stopped at ********; no one got on or off and the driver had trouble manuvering the bus under the garage arches.There was a trainer in the front seat who chatted to the driver most of the way but not about driving techniques; the driver slowed down during these chats.We arrived at ******* 90 minutes late; the trainer took no responsibility, blaming the traffic on 401 I will NEVER AGAIN use megabust. And I will report you to the Better Business Bureau and to whatever bus safety agency Ontarion may still have.****** ******

    Buses are old, just some of them have electric points to charge your phone. Always late, leaving passengers waiting long hours in either summer or winter.I had at least 3 trips that the bus broke with me and the best solution was to wait on the road for at least 3 hours until another bus (coming all the way from ******* - please consider I was near ******). At the end they never provided any refund or compensation because they offered a solution. I ended up taking a cab/ride in all those cases because I had appointments.Sometimes they used to provide vouchers or refunds, now they say policy changed and they basically dont care if you need to do any change or cancellation with less then 3 hours, even if its not your fault. Nevertheless, terrible quality and service.

    ************ refuses to deal with us. Their buses do not run as per the website and some of them are run by other companies which Megabus refuse to take resposability for.
