5 stars******* is kind, thoughtful, and an extremely skilled professional! He took the time to understand our needs every step of the way - from our initial interactions, to selection, installation, and follow-up. As a person with a disability, what I appreciated the most was that ******* made no assumptions, and listened to us to make sure we could safely and comfortably use our new tub. The quality of his work is top notch, and he and his team take the time to get things right. If you're thinking about getting a walk-in tub, you've found the right place!

5 starsAfter I carefully investigated alternate suppliers of Walk in Tubs, I signed with WalkInTubOttawa and my high expectations were exceeded when ******* completed the installation. ******* carefully reviewed what he would do in my bathroom and reassured me that my perfectly good bathroom tiles would not have to be removed. He was right. He set up an appointment time and said all work would be completed in two days. He would have met this commitment if it hadn't been for a slight delay in the electrician. No matter, it was a pleasure working with *******. He did lots of extra things, i.e. moving my new medicine cabinet and reinstalling in a different location. His workers, one plumber, one helper and one electrician were pleasant, and very professional. He quoted an excellent price and lived up to it. He also used high quality faucets, shower heads etc. I highly recommend contracting WalkInTub Ottawa and ******* who oversees all work. We also found ******* very pleasant and nice to have in our home.Walk-In Tubs Ottawa

5 starsFive-star service from ******* from the time we contacted him to completion of the job. He is a very pleasant and polite man, very attentive to the needs, questions and comments of his clients. We had the walk in tub installed due to mobility problems and our desire to stay in our condo as long as we can. The installation of our tub went extremely well and the finished product is wonderful.
